Duplex ensures automatic ejection of all sizes of rolls and prevents injury by eliminating manual unloading.
Features:
1. Chuck shaft uses the movement of the roll to expand the jaws and automatically center the roll shaft.
2. Piston is 2000kg (first stage) + 1000kg (second and final stages) axial thrust and applies 6 bar air to the rolls directly.
3. Tight gap between the shaft and chuck reduces working time.
4. Rotary cylinder with pneumatic telescopic piston located in the center of the chuck.
5. Jaw drop elimination system when disassembling the chuck for cleaning purposes.
6. New flange design has been carefully studied to avoid damage to the shaft and rolls.
