A flagship grinder from HANSUNG ENGINEERING, designed to process a wide variety of moisture-containing raw materials with high efficiency.

Operates on a principle where raw materials pass between a high-speed rotating perforated disc andblades, making it especially suitable for wet and semi-moist ingredients. Even fibrous and traditionally difficult-to-process materials can be smoothly ground and processed. When integrated with HANSUNG’s proprietary juicer system, it significantly enhances juice extraction efficiency.

1. Suitable for producing puree-like outputs over 1 mm in size, with easy particle size adjustment through simple component replacement.
2. Effectively grinds ingredients that are high in fiber or keratin, which are typically difficult to process.
3. Generates minimal heat, making it ideal for temperature-sensitive products. Quiet operation ensures user-friendly handling.
4. By adjusting the perforated plate size and blade material, a wide range of raw materials can be processed efficiently.
5. All parts in direct contact with the product are made of stainless steel, ensuring sanitary conditions. Easy CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) is possible using water.
